Morning ~ Fine tuning our practice to find freedom. Releasing tension in the neck, shoulders and back for more joyful backbends and inversions.
Bridget will look at the building blocks for successful Urdva Dhanurasana, Pincha Mayurasana and Sarvangasana.
Afternoon ~ Yoga Therapy for the neck and shoulders, ending with a restorative relaxation session.
