Yasmin has been practising yoga for over 10 years and trained with the Devon School of Yoga.
She enjoys the balance between uplifting, flowing yoga styles and quiet, intuitive approaches. She sees yoga as a path to creativity, positivity, patience and compassion.
Yasmin enjoys releasing the body with the breath and finding natural alignment in the spine to acquire free posture and vitality. She laces together richly energising yoga sequences and encourages depth and focus in grounded posture work.
