Jasmin has been strongly drawn to the benefits of Yoga on the body, breath and mind. In 2014 she immersed herself in the contemporary Vinyasa Flow Yoga tradition by completing an intensive teacher training course.
As a fresh new bud on the Yoga tree, she hopes to share her love for an energetic, fun and fluid practice that helps to still and soothe busy minds. For Jasmin, Yoga is exploratory in nature, and with regular practice brings you beautifully back to your best self, so that you can fully embrace all the charms and challenges of modern life.
Her strengths lie in her clear, down-to-earth teaching style and welcoming and joyful energy, which aims to make Yoga both accessible and engaging.
