Yoga – Feeling more; Holding less
This workshop will explore how we can bring more aliveness and freedom into our asana practice, while cultivating a greater sense of embodied awareness. Put another way, how can we work in both a stronger and a more relaxed way, by learning how to ‘feel’ more and ‘hold’ less? The selection of practices will reflect the needs and abilities of the group, while also offering people a safe place to challenge themselves. We will then deepen this sense of mindfulness with periods of quiet relaxation and meditation.
