Core Body Fitness

My fitness training sessions concentrate on Core Body Fitness which is exercise to improve balance, flexibility, joint stability, coordination and agility. Basically it is exercise to increase over-all body strength, which results in: improved muscle tone, increased muscular strength, increased fat loss and greater body stability. This improves one’s ability to undertake all daily activities and do so with greater ease and less strain on the body.
